TRACY C. SHELTON, CPA, Vice-President / Secretary (e-mail Tracy)
Tracy is a graduate of North Carolina State University and has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Accounting. She has over 30 years of experience in public accounting in the areas of audit, tax, consulting, acquisitions, liquidations, estates, construction, not-for-profit, and wholesalers.
Tracy is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and the North Carolina Association of Certified Public Accountants (NCACPA). She is also a past board member for the Durham County Literacy Council, a past member of the Fund Development Committee for Durham Health Partners, and past president and treasurer for the Riverside High School Booster Club.
Tracy is a graduate of the Leadership Durham class of 2000 sponsored by the Greater Durham Chamber of Commerce and has received the certificate of achievement in taxation from the AICPA.
Tracy, and her husband Mike, have two children – Abigail and Grace – and reside in Durham.
